Who and what

yawble.ai is run by DJL Systems, Inc.. These terms cover the site, the software you download from it, and the packages in its marketplace. By using any of them you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use them. What the site records about your visit is on the Privacy page.

The software and the packages

Yawble itself is yours to use under its license, summarized on the License page; the LICENSE file is the text that applies. Each marketplace package is yours to use under the license stated with it. Where a license and these terms differ about that software, the license governs it.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm it or anyone using it. In particular, do not try to get into the admin area or anything else not meant for you, do not interfere with the site or overload it (heavy automated downloading or scraping included), and do not use it to break the law or anyone's rights. We may block access that does any of these.

Trademarks

The Yawble name and logo are trademarks of DJL Systems, Inc.. Neither the software's license nor these terms let you use them, beyond naming Yawble accurately; ask us for anything more.

Other sites

The site links to others, such as GitHub, YouTube, X and the documentation. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty

The site, the software and the packages are provided as they are and as available, without any warranty, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be available, or that any of them are free of errors, or that they will suit you. Back up your work, and check what an agent does before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DJL Systems, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, the software or the packages, even if told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about them is at most one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them, the site, the software or the packages is for the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
