A team can work in your git repositories, or in nothing but a shared documents folder. Research, reports, content and operations run the same way a feature does: a Manager plans it, members do it, and you see the result.
You always know where it stands.
Every agent has a card on the board with its latest progress in plain words. When one is stuck it says so and says why, and anything waiting on you lands in its own lane.
Real numbers, real limits.
Spend is read from each agent’s own output, never estimated. Cap tokens per workflow and agents running at once; work past the limit waits its turn instead of failing.
You describe it. The team assembles itself.
The Concierge and the backlog are where you spend your time. The agents are where the time goes.
- Tell the Concierge. Your own agent, beside the board, that knows every team you run. Say what you want done; it works out the details with you and writes them down.
- It becomes a backlog item. One item, one clear brief. Nothing goes to a team until a person has read it and marked it ready.
- Dispatch it to a team. A new one or one already working. The Manager breaks the item into cards and brings in the members that work needs.
- Watch it happen. Several teams at once, each running several items at once. Steer a running workflow from the Concierge without starting over.

Every team has a shared documents folder. Deliverables land there and open right in the browser.

Turn on remote access through Cloudflare, Tailscale or ngrok with one command, and check in from your phone.

Yawble runs Claude, Codex, Copilot and Grok exactly as they ship, signed in with the subscriptions you already pay for or with an API key. Agents reach the platform through MCP tools, so every capability is already in their context. One container, one data volume, daily backups, and nothing leaves the machine it runs on.
Up and running in three steps
- Install Podman Desktop or Docker Desktop on Windows 11 or an Apple silicon Mac.
- Install the
yawbleCLI with one command in your terminal. - Run
yawble up. It starts the container, opens the board, and you create your account and your first team.
